Refund policy

At Fordivers we make customized products we produce and print for you when we receive your order. But if something happens with your purchase you have 14 days from the time you receive your product to formalize the refund.

Please note that you are responsible for paying the return costs. We strongly recommend that you ask for proof of postage in case the package is lost on the way back to us.

We do not refund the original shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with all original tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
